Teladoc CEO Jason Gorevic's 2018 pay rises 3% to $7.3M

Teladoc reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 19, 2019.
In 2018, five Teladoc executives received on average a compensation package of $4.3M, which is about the same as previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at Teladoc
Jason Gorevic, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.3M in total, which increased by 3% compared to 2017. 42% of Gorevic's compensation, or $3.1M, was in option awards. Gorevic also received $644K in non-equity incentive plan, $511K in salary, $3.1M in stock awards, as well as $22K in other compensation.
Mark Hirschhorn, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $5.6M, which increased by 71% compared to previous year. 47% of the compensation package, or $2.6M, was in option awards.
Peter McClennen, President, earned $4.9M in 2018, a 50% decrease compared to previous year.
Adam Vandervoort, Chief Legal Officer, received $2M in 2018, which increases by 17% compared to 2017.
Stephany Verstraete, Chief Marketing Officer, earned $1.7M in 2018.
