Torotel reported fiscal year 2010 executive compensation information on August 11, 2010.
In 2010, two Torotel executives received on average a compensation package of $204K, a 67% increase compared to previous year.

Dale H. Sizemore, Jr, Chief Executive Officer, received $244K in total, which increased by 55% compared to 2009. 64% of Sizemore's compensation, or $155K, was in salary. Sizemore also received $25K in bonus, $35K in stock awards, as well as $29K in other compensation.
H. James Serrone, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $165K, which increased by 34% compared to previous year. 58% of the compensation package, or $96K, was in salary.
