Transcat reported fiscal year 2008 executive compensation information on July 8, 2008.
In 2008, five Transcat executives received on average a compensation package of $504K, a 64% increase compared to previous year.
Charles P. Hadeed, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.1M in total, which increased by 170% compared to 2007. 56% of Hadeed's compensation, or $603K, was in option awards. Hadeed also received $95K in non-equity incentive plan, $269K in salary, $42K in stock awards, as well as $77K in other compensation.
John J. Zimmer, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $444K, which increased by 124% compared to previous year. 37% of the compensation package, or $165K, was in salary.
Jay F. Woychick, Vice President of Wind Energy Commercial Operations and Vendor Relations, earned $369K in 2008, a 57% increase compared to previous year.
Carl E. Sassano, Chairman, received $348K in 2008, which decreases by 32% compared to 2007.
Rainer Stellrecht, Vice President of Laboratory Operations, earned $274K in 2008.
