Transcat reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on July 26, 2018.
In 2018, three Transcat executives received on average a compensation package of $699K, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
Lee D. Rudow, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.1M in total, which increased by 9% compared to 2017. 38% of Rudow's compensation, or $418K, was in stock awards. Rudow also received $186K in non-equity incentive plan, $98K in option awards, $380K in salary, as well as $11K in other compensation.
Michael J. Tschiderer, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $502K, which increased by 13% compared to previous year. 46% of the compensation package, or $230K, was in salary.
Robert A. Flack, Vice President of Service Sales and Operations, earned $500K in 2018, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Transcat's fiscal year ends on March 25.
