Transcat reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on July 25, 2019.
In 2019, three Transcat executives received on average a compensation package of $614K, a 12% decrease compared to previous year.
Lee D. Rudow, Chief Executive Officer, received $959K in total, which decreased by 12% compared to 2018. 40% of Rudow's compensation, or $380K, was in salary. Rudow also received $356K in non-equity incentive plan, $209K in stock awards, as well as $14K in other compensation.
Michael J. Tschiderer, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $471K, which decreased by 6% compared to previous year. 51% of the compensation package, or $240K, was in salary.
Robert A. Flack, Former Vice President of Service Sales, earned $411K in 2019, a 18% decrease compared to previous year.
Transcat's fiscal year ends on March 25.
