Transcat reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on July 23, 2020.
In 2020, three Transcat executives received on average a compensation package of $636K, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
Lee D. Rudow, Chief Executive Officer, received $1M in total, which increased by 7% compared to 2019. 43% of Rudow's compensation, or $440K, was in stock awards. Rudow also received $170K in non-equity incentive plan, $400K in salary, as well as $17K in other compensation.
Michael J. Tschiderer, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $481K, which increased by 2% compared to previous year. 51% of the compensation package, or $247K, was in salary.
Michael W. West, Vice President of Distribution and Marketing, earned $399K in 2020.
Transcat's fiscal year ends on March 25.
