Transcat reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on July 21, 2022.
In 2022, three Transcat executives received on average a compensation package of $850K, a 41% increase compared to previous year.
Lee D. Rudow, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.4M in total, which increased by 24% compared to 2021. 37% of Rudow's compensation, or $496K, was in salary. Rudow also received $397K in non-equity incentive plan, $440K in stock awards, as well as $20K in other compensation.
Mark A. Doheny, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $627K, which increased by 18% compared to previous year. 45% of the compensation package, or $285K, was in salary.
James M. Jenkins, General Counsel, earned $569K in 2022.
Transcat's fiscal year ends on March 25.
