TSR CEO Christopher Hughes' 2018 pay rises 16% to $525K

TSR reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on September 27, 2018.
In 2018, three TSR executives received on average a compensation package of $354K, a 19% decrease compared to previous year.
Christopher Hughes, Chief Executive Officer, received $525K in total, which increased by 16% compared to 2017. 67% of Hughes' compensation, or $350K, was in salary. Hughes also received $150K in bonus and $25K in other compensation.
John G. Sharkey, Vice President, Finance, received a compensation package of $306K, which is the same as previous year. 82% of the compensation package, or $250K, was in salary.
Joseph F. Hughes, Chief Executive Officer, earned $230K in 2018, a 58% decrease compared to previous year.
TSR's fiscal year ends on May 31.
