TSR reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on November 4, 2021.
In 2021, three TSR executives received on average a compensation package of $484K, a 50% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at TSR
Thomas Salerno, Chief Executive Officer, received $667K in total, which increased by 93% compared to 2020. 52% of Salerno's compensation, or $350K, was in salary. Salerno also received $63K in bonus, $242K in stock awards, as well as $12K in other compensation.
John G. Sharkey, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $509K, which increased by 69% compared to previous year. 61% of the compensation package, or $310K, was in salary.
Shah Syed, Director of Sales and Recruiting, earned $277K in 2021.
