TSR reported fiscal year 2023 executive compensation information on November 3, 2023.
In 2023, three TSR executives received on average a compensation package of $428K, a 30% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at TSR
Thomas Salerno, Chief Executive Officer, received $470K in total, which increased by 13% compared to 2022. 74% of Salerno's compensation, or $350K, was in salary. Salerno also received $118K in bonus and $2K in other compensation.
Mohammed Shah, Syed, Director of Sales and Recruiting, received a compensation package of $414K, which increased by 53% compared to previous year. 79% of the compensation package, or $325K, was in salary.
John G. Sharkey, Chief Financial Officer, earned $400K in 2023, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
TSR's fiscal year ends on May 31.
