Dataram reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on October 26, 2022.
In 2022, three Dataram executives received on average a compensation package of $492K, a 56% decrease compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at Dataram
George Bee, Chief Executive Officer, received $725K in total, which decreased by 71% compared to 2021. 41% of Bee's compensation, or $300K, was in salary. Bee also received $176K in bonus, $72K in option awards, as well as $176K in stock awards.
Eric Alexander, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $499K, which decreased by 28% compared to previous year. 46% of the compensation package, or $232K, was in salary.
Kevin Francis, Vice President - Exploration and Technical Services, earned $253K in 2022.
Dataram's fiscal year ends on April 30.
