V.F. reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on June 11, 2021.
In 2021, five V.F. executives received on average a compensation package of $6.6M, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.

Steven E. Rendle, Chief Executive Officer, received $16M in total, which decreased by 5% compared to 2020. 37% of Rendle's compensation, or $5.9M, was in stock awards. Rendle also received $900K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $2.9M in non-equity incentive plan, $4.6M in option awards, $1.1M in salary, as well as $343K in other compensation.
Scott A. Roe, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $5.4M, which decreased by 11% compared to previous year. 30% of the compensation package, or $1.6M, was in stock awards.
Kevin D. Bailey, Executive Vice President and Group President, APAC & Emerging Brands, earned $4.2M in 2021, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Martino Scabbia Guerrini, Executive Vice President and Group President, EMEA, received $3.9M in 2021, which increases by 17% compared to 2020.
Stephen M. Murray, Global Brand President, The North Face, earned $3.5M in 2021, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
V.F.'s fiscal year ends on April 2.
