Value Line reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on August 15, 2019.
In 2019, two Value Line executives received on average a compensation package of $755K, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
Howard A. Brecher, Chief Executive Officer, received $823K in total, which increased by 16% compared to 2018. 76% of Brecher's compensation, or $625K, was in salary. Brecher also received $184K in bonus and $14K in other compensation.
Stephen R. Anastasio, Vice President and Treasurer, received a compensation package of $687K, which increased by 8% compared to previous year. 68% of the compensation package, or $465K, was in salary.
Value Line's fiscal year ends on April 30.
