CEO Dow R. Wilson receives $10.3M

Varian reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on December 21, 2018.

In 2018, four Varian executives received on average a compensation package of $4,898,397, a 68% increase compared to previous year.

Dow R. Wilson, Chief Executive Officer, received $10,276,439 in total, which increased by 24% compared to 2017. 40.87% of Wilson's compensation, or $4,200,000, was in option awards. Wilson also received $2,237,500 in non-equity incentive plan, $1,000,000 in salary, $2,800,000 in stock awards, as well as $38,939 in other compensation.
