Vringo reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on July 24, 2023.
In 2022, four Vringo executives received on average a compensation package of $757K, a 39% decrease compared to previous year.
Scott Milford, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.2M in total, which increased by 11% compared to 2021. 49% of Milford's compensation, or $616K, was in stock awards. Milford also received $182K in non-equity incentive plan, $36K in option awards, as well as $413K in salary.
Ezra T. Ernst, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $681K. 53% of the compensation package, or $363K, was in option awards.
Douglas Satzman, Chief Executive Officer, earned $643K in 2022, a 72% decrease compared to previous year.
Omar A Haynes, Chief Financial Officer, received $454K in 2022.
