YogaWorks reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 30, 2019.
In 2018, three YogaWorks executives received on average a compensation package of $343K, a 61% decrease compared to previous year.
Rosanna C. McCollough, Chief Executive Officer, received $461K in total, which decreased by 68% compared to 2017. 65% of McCollough's compensation, or $300K, was in salary. McCollough also received $43K in non-equity incentive plan, $89K in stock awards, as well as $29K in other compensation.
Vance Y. Chang, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $302K, which decreased by 49% compared to previous year. 73% of the compensation package, or $220K, was in salary.
Suzanne E. Dawson, Chief Customer Officer, earned $266K in 2018, a 56% decrease compared to previous year.
