ZYNEX reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 1, 2022.
In 2021, four ZYNEX executives received on average a compensation package of $1M, a 13% increase compared to previous year.
Anna Lucsok, Chief Operating Officer, received $1.8M in total, which increased by 962% compared to 2020. 83% of Lucsok's compensation, or $1.5M, was in option awards. Lucsok also received $120K in non-equity incentive plan, $194K in salary, as well as $2.7K in other compensation.
Thomas Sandgaard, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $988K, which decreased by 27% compared to previous year. 50% of the compensation package, or $496K, was in salary.
Daniel Moorhead, Chief Financial Officer, earned $987K in 2021, a 23% decrease compared to previous year.
Giuseppe Papandrea, Chief Operating Officer, received $312K in 2021, which decreases by 62% compared to 2020.
