AECOM reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on January 15, 2021.
In 2020, six AECOM executives received on average a compensation package of $6.8M, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
Michael S. Burke, Chief Executive Officer, received $17M in total, which increased by 10% compared to 2019.
W. Troy Rudd, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $9.3M, which increased by 128% compared to previous year. 47% of the compensation package, or $4.4M, was in stock awards.
Randall A. Wotring, Chief Operating Officer, earned $5.8M in 2020, a 17% increase compared to previous year.
Lara Poloni, President, received $3.5M in 2020.
Stephen J. Morriss, Group President, earned $3.1M in 2020, a 16% increase compared to previous year.
Gaurav Kapoor, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.7M in 2020.
AECOM's fiscal year ends on September 30.
