Apple reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on January 8, 2019.
In 2018, five Apple executives received on average a compensation package of $24.4M, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Kate Adams, General Counsel, received $26.7M in total. 80.56% of Adams' compensation, or $21.5M, was in stock awards. Adams also received $4M in non-equity incentive plan, $884.6K in salary, as well as $306.3K in other compensation.
Jeff Williams, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $26.5M. 80.97% of the compensation package, or $21.5M, was in stock awards.
Angela Ahrendts, Senior Vice President, Retail, earned $26.5M in 2018, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Luca Maestri, Chief Financial Officer, received $26.5M in 2018, which increases by 10% compared to 2017.
Tim Cook, Chief Executive Officer, earned $15.7M in 2018, a 22% increase compared to previous year.
Apple's fiscal year ends on September 28.
