ArcBest reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 16, 2021.
In 2020, five ArcBest executives received on average a compensation package of $2.2M, a 62% increase compared to previous year.

Judy R. McReynolds, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.2M in total, which increased by 72% compared to 2019. 60% of McReynolds' compensation, or $2.5M, was in non-equity incentive plan. McReynolds also received $28K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $800K in salary, $806K in stock awards, as well as $20K in other compensation.
