CEO Ronald J. Kramer receives $14.4M

Griffon reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on December 18, 2018.

In 2018, four Griffon executives received on average a compensation package of $5,843,130, a 22% increase compared to previous year.

Ronald J. Kramer, Chief Executive Officer, received $14,379,946 in total, which increased by 17% compared to 2017. 38.32% of Kramer's compensation, or $5,509,939, was in non-equity incentive plan. Kramer also received $2,250,000 in bonus, $1,046,013 in salary, $5,256,000 in stock awards, as well as $317,994 in other compensation.

Robert F. Mehmel, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $5,320,245, which increased by 25% compared to previous year. 32.93% of the compensation package, or $1,752,000, was in stock awards.

Brian G. Harris, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1,906,601 in 2018, a 39% increase compared to previous year.
