Home Depot reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 8, 2019.
In 2018, five Home Depot executives received on average a compensation package of $6M, which is about the same as previous year.

Craig A. Menear, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which decreased by 2% compared to 2017. 53% of Menear's compensation, or $6.1M, was in stock awards. Menear also received $2.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.5M in option awards, $1.3M in salary, as well as $76K in other compensation.
Carol B. Tom, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $6.6M, which is about the same as previous year. 48% of the compensation package, or $3.2M, was in stock awards.
Mark Q. Holifield, Executive Vice President – Supply Chain & Product Development, earned $4M in 2018, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Edward P. Decker, Executive Vice President – Merchandising, received $4M in 2018, which increases by 4% compared to 2017.
Matthew A. Carey, Executive Vice President & Chief Information Officer, earned $3.9M in 2018, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
Home Depot's fiscal year ends on January 30.
