Hyatt Hotels reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 8, 2021.
In 2020, five executives at Hyatt Hotels received on average a compensation package of $5.5M, a 10% decrease compared to previous year.
Mark S. Hoplamazian, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total, which decreased by 12% compared to 2019. 79% of Hoplamazian's compensation, or $10M, was in stock awards. Hoplamazian also received $2.4M in option awards, $318K in salary, as well as $43K in other compensation.
Thomas J. Pritzker, Chairman, received a compensation package of $5.2M, which decreased by 8% compared to previous year. 97% of the compensation package, or $5M, was in option awards.
H. Charles Floyd, Executive Vice President, Global President of Operations, earned $4.2M in 2020, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
Mark R. Vondrasek, Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer, received $2.6M in 2020, which decreases by 15% compared to 2019.
Joan Bottarini, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.4M in 2020, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
