ICAD reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on June 7, 2021.
In 2020, three ICAD executives received on average a compensation package of $705K, a 35% increase compared to previous year.
Michael Klein, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.2M in total, which increased by 140% compared to 2019. 48% of Klein's compensation, or $566K, was in option awards. Klein also received $234K in non-equity incentive plan, $375K in salary, as well as $12K in other compensation.
Stacey Stevens, President, received a compensation package of $499K, which decreased by 11% compared to previous year. 61% of the compensation package, or $303K, was in salary.
Jonathan Go, Chief Technology Officer, earned $428K in 2020, a 15% decrease compared to previous year.
