MicroStrategy reported fiscal year 2010 executive compensation information on April 8, 2011.
In 2010, six executives at MicroStrategy received on average a compensation package of $1.5M, a 10% increase compared to previous year.

Michael J. Saylor, Chief Executive Officer, received $4M in total, which decreased by 16% compared to 2009. 49% of Saylor's compensation, or $1.9M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Saylor also received $875K in salary and $1.2M in other compensation.
Jonathan F. Klein, Chief Legal Officer, received a compensation package of $1.3M, which increased by 7% compared to previous year. 57% of the compensation package, or $750K, was in bonus.
Paul N. Zolfaghari, Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales & Operations, earned $873K in 2010, a 10% decrease compared to previous year.
Sanju K. Bansal, Chairman, received $859K in 2010, which increases by 14% compared to 2009.
Jeffrey A. Bedell, Former Executive Vice President, Technology, earned $854K in 2010, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Douglas K. Thede, Chief Financial Officer, received $822K in 2010, which increases by 27% compared to 2009.
