Mission Produce reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on February 25, 2021.
In 2020, three executives at Mission Produce received on average a compensation package of $1.5M, a 79% decrease compared to previous year.
Stephen J. Barnard, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.2M in total, which decreased by 84% compared to 2019. 32% of Barnard's compensation, or $700K, was in bonus. Barnard also received $46K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $700K in non-equity incentive plan, $700K in salary, as well as $36K in other compensation.
Bryan E. Giles, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.4M, which increased by 80% compared to previous year. 33% of the compensation package, or $450K, was in option awards.
Michael A. Browne, Chief Operating Officer, earned $986K in 2020.
