Nasdaq reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 12, 2019.

In 2018, five Nasdaq executives received on average a compensation package of $6.2M, a 13% increase compared to previous year.

Average pay of disclosed executives at Nasdaq

Adena T. Friedman, Chief Executive Officer, received $14.4M in total, which decreased by 1% compared to 2017. 66.00% of Friedman's compensation, or $9.5M, was in stock awards. Friedman also received $3.8M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $46.1K in other compensation.

For fiscal year 2018, the median employee pay was $111,155 at Nasdaq. Therefore, the ratio of Adena T. Friedman's pay to the median employee pay was 129 to one.
