Navistar reports 2018 executive compensation

CEO Troy A. Clarke receives $6.9M

Navistar reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on December 19, 2018.

Troy A. Clarke, Chief Executive Officer, received $6,923,149 in total, which increased by 25% compared to 2017. 33.95% of Clarke's compensation, or $2,350,250, was in non-equity incentive plan. William V. McMenamin, President Financial Services and Treasurer, received $1,537,392 in 2018, which increases by 28% compared to 2017.

Curt A. Kramer, General Counsel, earned $1,156,685 in 2018.
