NI Holdings reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 13, 2021.
In 2020, three executives at NI Holdings received on average a compensation package of $1.5M, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Michael J. Alexander, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.7M in total, which increased by 7% compared to 2019. 35% of Alexander's compensation, or $951K, was in non-equity incentive plan. Alexander also received $800K in salary, $709K in stock awards, as well as $236K in other compensation.
Brian R. Doom, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $904K, which decreased by 3% compared to previous year. 34% of the compensation package, or $304K, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Patrick W. Duncan, Vice President of Operations, earned $750K in 2020, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
