Ooma CEO Eric Stang's 2019 pay jumps 21% to $3.1M

Ooma reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 16, 2020.
In 2019, four Ooma executives received on average a compensation package of $1.3M, which is about the same as previous year.
Eric B. Stang, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.1M in total, which increased by 21% compared to 2018. 60% of Stang's compensation, or $1.9M, was in stock awards. Stang also received $520K in bonus, $211K in option awards, $501K in salary, as well as $14K in other compensation.
Ravi Narula, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.2M, which increased by 10% compared to previous year. 46% of the compensation package, or $564K, was in stock awards.
James A. Gustke, Vice President of Marketing, earned $739K in 2019, a 2% increase compared to previous year.
Jenny Yeh, General Counsel, received $39K in 2019.
Ooma's fiscal year ends on January 31.
