Ooma reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 16, 2020.
In 2020, four Ooma executives received on average a compensation package of $1.7M, a 31% increase compared to previous year.
Eric B. Stang, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.6M in total, which increased by 16% compared to 2019. 60% of Stang's compensation, or $2.2M, was in stock awards. Stang also received $675K in bonus, $250K in option awards, $521K in salary, as well as $15K in other compensation.
Ravi Narula, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.4M, which increased by 12% compared to previous year. 45% of the compensation package, or $620K, was in stock awards.
Jenny Yeh, General Counsel, earned $1M in 2020, a 2572% increase compared to previous year.
James A. Gustke, Vice President of Marketing, received $677K in 2020, which decreases by 8% compared to 2019.
Ooma's fiscal year ends on January 31.
