Ooma reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 15, 2021.
In 2021, four Ooma executives received on average a compensation package of $1.4M, a 15% decrease compared to previous year.
Eric B. Stang, Chief Executive Officer, received $3M in total, which decreased by 18% compared to 2020. 50% of Stang's compensation, or $1.5M, was in stock awards. Stang also received $760K in non-equity incentive plan, $187K in option awards, $536K in salary, as well as $15K in other compensation.
Ravi Narula, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.4M, which increased by 3% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $617K, was in stock awards.
Jenny Yeh, General Counsel, earned $701K in 2021, a 32% decrease compared to previous year.
James A. Gustke, Vice President of Marketing, received $603K in 2021, which decreases by 11% compared to 2020.
Ooma's fiscal year ends on January 31.
