Perceptron reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on November 6, 2018.
In 2018, two Perceptron executives received on average a compensation package of $804K, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
David L. Watza, President, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.2M in total, which increased by 37% compared to 2017. 34% of President's compensation, or $396K, was in option awards. President also received $289K in non-equity incentive plan, $328K in salary, $130K in stock awards, as well as $27K in other compensation.
Richard J. Van Valkenburg, Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing, received a compensation package of $437K. 51% of the compensation package, or $222K, was in salary.
Perceptron's fiscal year ends on June 30.
