Perceptron reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on September 27, 2019.
In 2019, two Perceptron executives received on average a compensation package of $415K, a 48% decrease compared to previous year.
David L. Watza, President, Chief Executive Officer, received $505K in total, which decreased by 57% compared to 2018. 67% of President's compensation, or $338K, was in salary. President also received $136K in stock awards and $31K in other compensation.
Richard J. Van Valkenburg, Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing, received a compensation package of $325K, which decreased by 26% compared to previous year. 71% of the compensation package, or $230K, was in salary.
Perceptron's fiscal year ends on June 30.
