Regenxbio reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 7, 2022.
In 2021, five Regenxbio executives received on average a compensation package of $4.3M, a 44% increase compared to previous year.
Kenneth T. Mills, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.6M in total, which increased by 13% compared to 2020. 59% of Mills' compensation, or $5.1M, was in option awards. Mills also received $600K in bonus, $474K in non-equity incentive plan, $632K in salary, $1.8M in stock awards, as well as $17K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2021, the median employee pay was $176,342 at Regenxbio. Therefore, the ratio of Kenneth T. Mills' pay to the median employee pay was 49 to one.
Patrick J. Christmas, Chief Legal Officer, received a compensation package of $3.4M, which increased by 86% compared to previous year. 50% of the compensation package, or $1.7M, was in option awards.
Vit Vasista, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.3M in 2021, a 78% increase compared to previous year.
Curran Simpson, EVP, Chief Operations and Technology Officer, received $3.2M in 2021, which increases by 85% compared to 2020.
Olivier Danos, Chief Scientific Officer, earned $2.8M in 2021, a 55% increase compared to previous year.
