Resonant reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 16, 2021.
In 2020, three Resonant executives received on average a compensation package of $768K, a 35% decrease compared to previous year.
George Holmes, Chief Executive Officer, received $883K in total, which decreased by 59% compared to 2019. 45% of Holmes' compensation, or $400K, was in salary. Holmes also received $100K in non-equity incentive plan, $348K in stock awards, as well as $35K in other compensation.
Dylan Kelly, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $857K, which decreased by 8% compared to previous year. 50% of the compensation package, or $429K, was in stock awards.
Martin McDermut, Chief Financial Officer, earned $564K in 2020, a 22% increase compared to previous year.
