SemGroup reported fiscal year 2012 executive compensation information on April 19, 2013.
In 2012, five SemGroup executives received on average a compensation package of $1.3M, a 20% increase compared to previous year.

Peter L. Schwiering, Chief Operating Officer, received $863K in 2012, which decreases by 9% compared to 2011.
Timothy R. O'Sullivan, Vice President Corporate Planning and Strategic, earned $796K in 2012, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
