SemGroup reported fiscal year 2013 executive compensation information on April 11, 2014.
In 2013, five SemGroup executives received on average a compensation package of $1.7M, a 31% increase compared to previous year.

Norman J. Szydlowski, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.2M in total, which increased by 15% compared to 2012. 47% of Szydlowski's compensation, or $1.5M, was in stock awards. Szydlowski also received $888K in non-equity incentive plan, $790K in salary, as well as $28K in other compensation.
Robert N. Fitzgerald, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.7M, which increased by 56% compared to previous year. 52% of the compensation package, or $880K, was in stock awards.
Candice L. Cheeseman, General Counsel, earned $1.3M in 2013, a 43% increase compared to previous year.
Peter L. Schwiering, Chief Operating Officer, received $1.2M in 2013, which increases by 42% compared to 2012.
Timothy R. O'Sullivan, Vice President Corporate Planning and Strategic, earned $1M in 2013, a 30% increase compared to previous year.
