Teledyne Technologies reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 5, 2021.
In 2020, five executives at Teledyne Technologies received on average a compensation package of $3.7M, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
Robert Mehrabian, Chairman, received $7M in total, which decreased by 11% compared to 2019. 34% of Mehrabian's compensation, or $2.4M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Mehrabian also received $2M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $768K in option awards, $917K in salary, $907K in stock awards, as well as $12K in other compensation.
Aldo Pichelli, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $4.7M, which increased by 23% compared to previous year. 46% of the compensation package, or $2.2M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Jason VanWees, Executive Vice President, earned $2.5M in 2020, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
Melanie S. Cibik, General Counsel, received $2.4M in 2020, which increases by 12% compared to 2019.
Susan L. Main, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.2M in 2020, a 17% increase compared to previous year.
Teledyne Technologies' fiscal year ends on January 3.
