Transcat reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on July 22, 2021.
In 2021, four Transcat executives received on average a compensation package of $604K, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.
Lee D. Rudow, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.1M in total, which increased by 6% compared to 2020. 40% of Rudow's compensation, or $440K, was in stock awards. Rudow also received $240K in non-equity incentive plan, $400K in salary, as well as $11K in other compensation.
Mark A. Doheny, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $530K. 45% of the compensation package, or $238K, was in stock awards.
Michael W. West, VP of Distribution and Marketing, earned $411K in 2021, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Michael J. Tschiderer, Chief Financial Officer, received $385K in 2021, which decreases by 20% compared to 2020.
