TransDigm Group reports 2018 executive compensation

CEO Kevin Stein receives $23.5M

TransDigm Group reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on January 29, 2019.

W. Nicholas Howley, Chairman, received a compensation package of $13,128,597, which decreased by 78% compared to previous year. 93.92% of the compensation package, or $12,330,335, was in option awards.

James Skulina, Senior Vice President Finance, earned $7,492,990 in 2018, a 16% decrease compared to previous year.

Jorge Valladares, Chief Operating Officer, received $6,763,790 in 2018, which increases by 23% compared to 2017.

Robert Henderson, Chairman, earned $4,264,317 in 2018, a 76% decrease compared to previous year.

Terrance Paradie, Chief Financial Officer, received $2,982,390 in 2018, which decreases by 58% compared to 2017.

Michael Lisman, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1,215,103 in 2018.
