TransDigm Group reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on February 10, 2020.

W. Nicholas Howley, Chairman, received $60.6M in total, which increased by 362% compared to 2018.
Robert Henderson, Chairman, received a compensation package of $24.4M, which increased by 473% compared to previous year. 62.35% of the compensation package, or $15.2M, was in option awards.

Kevin Stein, Chief Executive Officer, earned $13.1M in 2019, a 44% decrease compared to previous year.
