TransDigm Group reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on February 5, 2021.
In 2020, five executives at TransDigm Group received on average a compensation package of $24M, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
W. Nicholas Howley, Chairman, received $68M in total, which increased by 12% compared to 2019.
Kevin Stein, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $22M, which increased by 68% compared to previous year. 62% of the compensation package, or $14M, was in other compensation.
Jorge Valladares, Chief Operating Officer, earned $14M in 2020, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Robert Henderson, Chairman, received $14M in 2020, which decreases by 44% compared to 2019.
Michael Lisman, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.5M in 2020, a 76% decrease compared to previous year.
TransDigm Group's fiscal year ends on September 30.
