Trustmark reported fiscal year 2008 executive compensation information on April 3, 2009.
In 2008, five Trustmark executives received on average a compensation package of $1M, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.

Richard G. Hickson, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.2M in total, which decreased by 14% compared to 2007. 33% of Hickson's compensation, or $727K, was in salary. Hickson also received $346K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $381K in non-equity incentive plan, $704K in stock awards, as well as $71K in other compensation.
Gerard R. Host, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $1.1M, which decreased by 5% compared to previous year. 35% of the compensation package, or $371K, was in salary.
Breck W. Tyler, Executive Vice President and Mortgage Services Manager, Trustmark National Bank, earned $647K in 2008, a 2% increase compared to previous year.
Duane A. Dewey, Executive Vice President and Corporate Banking Manager, Trustmark National Bank, received $618K in 2008, which decreases by 3% compared to 2007.
Louis E. Greer, Chief Financial Officer, earned $518K in 2008, a 3% decrease compared to previous year.
