Trustmark reported fiscal year 2009 executive compensation information on April 2, 2010.
In 2009, five Trustmark executives received on average a compensation package of $1.3M, a 25% increase compared to previous year.

Richard G. Hickson, Chief Executive Officer, received $3M in total, which increased by 34% compared to 2008. 51% of Hickson's compensation, or $1.5M, was in stock awards. Hickson also received $392K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $281K in non-equity incentive plan, $727K in salary, as well as $58K in other compensation.
Gerard R. Host, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $1.2M, which increased by 14% compared to previous year. 38% of the compensation package, or $463K, was in stock awards.
Duane A. Dewey, President, Corporate Banking, Trustmark National Bank, earned $741K in 2009, a 20% increase compared to previous year.
Breck W. Tyler, President, Mortgage Services, Trustmark National Bank, received $740K in 2009, which increases by 14% compared to 2008.
Louis E. Greer, Chief Financial Officer, earned $637K in 2009, a 23% increase compared to previous year.
