TSR reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on October 1, 2019.
In 2019, two TSR executives received on average a compensation package of $423K, a 20% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at TSR
Christopher Hughes, Chief Executive Officer, received $515K in total, which decreased by 2% compared to 2018. 76% of Hughes' compensation, or $390K, was in salary. Hughes also received $100K in bonus and $25K in other compensation.
John G. Sharkey, Secretary, received a compensation package of $331K, which increased by 8% compared to previous year. 76% of the compensation package, or $250K, was in salary.
