Viacom CEO Robert Bakish's 2018 pay slips 2% to $20.0M

Viacom reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on January 25, 2019.
In 2018, five Viacom executives received on average a compensation package of $8M, a 41% decrease compared to previous year.
Robert M. Bakish, Chief Executive Officer, received $20M in total, which decreased by 2% compared to 2017. 46.99% of Bakish's compensation, or $9.4M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Bakish also received $5M in option awards, $3M in salary, $2.5M in stock awards, as well as $78.6K in other compensation.
Wade C. Davis, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $7.1M, which increased by 9% compared to previous year. 48.99% of the compensation package, or $3.5M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Scott M. Mills, Chief Administrative Officer, earned $6.9M in 2018, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Christa A. D'Alimonte, General Counsel, received $3.8M in 2018, which increases by 58% compared to 2017.
Doretha DeDe F. Lea, Executive Vice President, Global Government Affairs, earned $2.4M in 2018, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Viacom's fiscal year ends on September 30.
