Todd Newton, Chief Executive Officer, received $647K in total, which decreased by 39% compared to 2018. 66% of Newton's compensation, or $424K, was in salary. Newton also received $102K in option awards, $109K in stock awards, as well as $12K in other compensation.
Bret Schwartzhoff, Vice President, North America Sales and Global Marketing, received a compensation package of $477K, which increased by 39% compared to previous year. 63% of the compensation package, or $299K, was in salary.
Stefanie Cavanaugh, Chief Financial Officer, earned $463K in 2019, a 11% decrease compared to previous year.
