Box reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on May 8, 2019.
In 2019, four Box executives received on average a compensation package of $1.8M, a 49% decrease compared to previous year.
Aaron Levie, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.3M in total, which increased by 1,117% compared to 2018. 95% of Levie's compensation, or $3.2M, was in option awards. Levie also received $180K in salary and $231 in other compensation.
Dylan Smith, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.5M, which decreased by 30% compared to previous year. 80% of the compensation package, or $2M, was in option awards.
Peter McGoff, Chief Legal Officer, earned $929K in 2019, a 72% decrease compared to previous year.
Stephanie Carullo, Chief Operating Officer, received $512K in 2019, which decreases by 93% compared to 2018.
Box's fiscal year ends on January 31.
