CEO Michael Corbat receives $24.2M

Citigroup reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 6, 2019.

In 2018, five Citigroup executives received on average a compensation package of $15,480,707, a 17% increase compared to previous year.

Michael Corbat, Chief Executive Officer, received $24,183,714 in total, which increased by 36% compared to 2017. 65.80% of Corbat's compensation, or $15,912,666, was in stock awards. Corbat also received $6,750,000 in bonus, $4,548 of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1,500,000 in salary, as well as $16,500 in other compensation.

James Forese, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $20,691,295, which increased by 20% compared to previous year. 59.79% of the compensation package, or $12,370,644, was in stock awards.

John Gerspach, Chief Financial Officer, earned $11,777,616 in 2018, a 19% increase compared to previous year.

Stephen Bird, Chief Executive Officer, received $11,260,420 in 2018, which decreases by 12% compared to 2017.

Jane Fraser, Chief Executive Officer, earned $9,490,490 in 2018, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
